When an activation signal is received, our professional operators listen to live audio transmissions from your site to verify the nature of the alarm. Although the alarm is activated, the intruders are not alerted, and we can immediately contact the proper authorities or reset your system without disturbing you or the police.
Access Control enables you to track and control entry to your facility and sensitive areas within it. This eliminates the expense of rekeying locks, decreases the need of onsite security personnel, and reduces internal theft and external threats.

$5,000 Performance Warranty
Sonitrol of Tulsa will pay for the first $5,000 of any undetected loss in addition to any insurance you may have if a forced entry into a protected area is undetected and the proper authority is not notified. Refer to the Warranty Program for a full description.


Satisfaction Guarantee
Sonitrol of Tulsa will give a full unconditional refund of your installation fee and remove our equipment from your premises if, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your Sonitrol service at ninety (90) days after installation.


Service Guarantee
Sonitrol of Tulsa guarantees the arrival of a service technician, on-site, within two (2) hours from the time of your emergency service request within our primary market service area.

Sonitrol of Tulsa will pay you $50.00 if we do not respond within this time frame.

If Sonitrol of Tulsa is unable to repair the system, we will arrange and pay for on-site protection of your facility until the system is repaired provided that the problem is associated with Sonitrol equipment and is not caused by misuse or abuse of the system, fire, flood, or an Act of God beyond the control of Sonitrol of Tulsa.
